EliteSlide Design Studio ("EliteSlide", "we", "us") runs eliteslide.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of work you need and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

 

When you become a client. If you create a client account to send us project requests, we keep your name, email address and login details, plus what you send us with each request: project title, type, deadline, brief, links and the files you upload. We use this to deliver your project, keep you updated on its status, send quotes and invoices, and return the finished files.

 

When you browse the site. Our website platform, Wix.com, automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, and sets cookies that the site needs to work and that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as client login, may then stop working.

 

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

 

Who we share it with

• Wix.com, which hosts this website, its forms, client accounts and files, and sends our emails. Wix processes data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms.

• Our studio team and trusted freelancers working on your project, only as far as they need to do that work, under confidentiality obligations.

• Authorities, if the law requires us to.

 

Your data may be stored on servers outside India, operated by Wix and its providers.

 

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages: up to 2 years after our last conversation.

• Client accounts, requests and project files: for as long as you are a client, and then up to 3 years so we can support follow-up work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

• Quotes and invoices: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

 

Your rights

You can ask us to:

 

• tell you what personal data we hold about you,

• correct or update it,

• delete it, where we are not required to keep it,

• withdraw a consent you have given.

 

You can also name someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to hello@eliteslide.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

 

Security

Client areas are protected by login, and the site is served over HTTPS. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or payment card details through the site.

 

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

 

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
