How a request moves through the studio
Updated: 2 hours ago
We built a simple client area so you always know where your project stands. Here is what each stage means.
Submitted
You have sent your brief and any files. A producer reads it and gets back to you.
More information needed
Sometimes we need a little more before we can quote: content, files or a decision. The note from the studio says exactly what.
Accepted
The brief is confirmed, the quote is sent, and the job is booked into the studio schedule.
Work in progress
Your designer is working on it. AI tools help with the groundwork, and every decision is made and checked by a person.
Completed
Final files are ready to download, along with the invoice.
Revision requested and Feedback
If you need changes, we work through them and send updated files. When the job closes, we ask how it went, because it helps us get the next one right.
To start a project, create a free account and send your first request from the My requests page.
